Who we are

What we collect

When you complete an enquiry form we collect the details you choose to provide, such as:

• your name, organisation, email address and (optionally) telephone number;
• the nature of your enquiry; and
• project or supply information you include, such as location, scope, development stage, estimated capital requirement, commercial model and available studies.

Please do not include confidential or sensitive personal information in a website enquiry.

Why we use it

We use your information to understand and respond to your enquiry and to follow up on it. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell it.

Sharing

We will not introduce your project or details to prospective funders, investors, contractors or supply partners without first agreeing that with you. Form submissions may be processed by the service providers that deliver our website and email, solely to transmit and store them on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, or for longer only where a business relationship results or the law requires it.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing s.naidoo@geonexa.africa. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
