01Who we are

Opportunity, funding and supply — brought together.

GeoNexa brings together project opportunities, funding pathways and infrastructure supply to support investment and delivery in South Africa.

A South African business

Founded in Johannesburg to move opportunities towards implementation.

GeoNexa is a South African business founded by Samantha Naidoo. We work with project owners, investors, contractors and supply partners to move opportunities towards implementation.

Our direction combines project origination and funding facilitation with the supply of infrastructure products and the development of industrial ventures. Each of these is a discipline in its own right; GeoNexa’s purpose is to bring them into the same conversation, so that a project’s commercial case, the products needed to build it and the industry that could sustain it are considered together.

02Purpose & direction

Bringing together project opportunities, funding pathways and infrastructure supply for South Africa.

We focus on projects with identifiable owners, clear demand and a practical route to implementation. We prioritise opportunities with completed feasibility work or a defined plan to close readiness gaps, and we review each brief and agree the work required before approaching prospective partners.

Alongside facilitation, GeoNexa supplies infrastructure products to projects and identifies industrial ventures that support infrastructure delivery and local production — with the intention of contributing to South African economic participation as operations grow.

03Our business model

Three pillars. One connected offering.

Like the three arms of our mark, each pillar stands on its own and is stronger where they meet: project opportunity, the products to build it, and the industry to sustain it.

  1. Pillar I

    Projects & Investment Facilitation

Identifying opportunities, coordinating project preparation and connecting project owners with suitable funding and delivery partners.

    Pillar I
  2. Pillar II

    Infrastructure Supply

Sourcing HDPE and steel pipe systems, fittings and associated products against project specifications and procurement programmes.

    Pillar II
  3. Pillar III

    Industrial Development

Identifying and developing industrial opportunities that support infrastructure delivery, local production and economic participation.

    Pillar III

04Our approach to partnerships

Clear roles, agreed before work begins.

We start with the project requirement and its commercial context. We define the scope, identify the inputs and partners needed, and agree a practical route forward — so every engagement is clear about what will be delivered and by whom.

  • Technical studies, specialist advice and delivery responsibilities are assigned to appropriately qualified partners within each engagement.
  • GeoNexa’s role, mandate and remuneration are defined per engagement.
  • Specialist financial and legal services are provided by appropriately authorised partners where required.
Our four-stage approach

05What we look for

Commercially credible opportunities.

Three tests shape the opportunities we choose to take forward.

  1. 01

    A clear project need

  2. 02

    A credible commercial basis

  3. 03

Measurable value for the local economy

06South African economic participation

Growth that builds local capacity — suppliers, skills and productive industry.

  • Local procurement

  • Industrial investment

  • Employment

  • Skills development

As operations grow, we intend to create opportunities for local suppliers and small businesses in logistics, maintenance, consumables and professional services. Employment and investment commitments will be aligned with funded projects and operating requirements.
